  • Sarah: You like who you got?
  • Paige: Andrew Woodload? He's okay.
  • Sarah: Just okay?
  • Paige: Well, there is this other boy.
  • Sarah: Uh, there always is, honey.
  • Paige: Jake Ganning. Sometimes when the teacher's talking and writing on the board, he would go like this. *makes funny faces* Haha... He's really funny and so cute. But, if I'd gotten Jake... nightmare!
  • Sarah: Why?
  • Paige: Because I like him, and my cheeks probably would've turned pink and I might've even barfed. He probably would've thrown my valentine in the trash. At least Andrew would say "thank you".
  • Sarah: Well, there's a lot to be said for boys who say "thank you". As you grow up, Paige, you'll realize that the man who makes you barf and blush, that's not Mr. Perfect. Nope. No... There's a lot to be said for a nice "thank you".
